The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 14.03.2019 passed by this Court in Matters Under Articel 227 No. 1709 of 2019. 3. From the perusal of records, it is apparently clear that order for vacation of house was passed on 17.11.2023, whereas present contempt application has been filed on 06.05.2025, therefore, it is barred by Section 20 of Contempt of Court's Act, 1971. 4.
