Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:6382-DB Court No. - 29 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 763 of 2025 Petitioner :- Syed Mohd. Asgar Ali Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Vikas Srivastava Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,S.M. Iqbal Hasan Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Donadi Ramesh,J. Heard learned counsel for the parties. Grievance raised by the petitioner in respect of mishandling of the Waqf property is stated to be engaging attention of 2nd respondent. It is asserted that though objection has been filed by the petitioner yet decision has not been taken. Learned counsel for the 2nd respondent states that appropriate decision would be taken by the respondents in accordance with law. Considering the nature of the order proposed to be passed, we do not deem it necessary to issue notice to private respondent no.4, at this stage. The said respondent however would be issued notice by 2nd respondent and afforded an opportunity of hearing before taking final decision. In that view of the matter, we dispose of this writ petition with the direction upon 2nd respondent to examine the petitioner's pending objection after affording an opportunity of hearing to 4th respondent by passing a reasoned order within a period of three months.
