ORDER:
The contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 17.02.2025 passed in W.P.No.1624 of 2025.
2. Sri T.Venkata Ananda Rao, learned counsel representing the counsel for the respondents reported that a copy of written instructions of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gurazala vide Rc.No.1355 / 2025-A dated 22.02.2025 had been submitted reporting compliance of the order dated 17.02.2025 in W.P.No.1624 of 2025 along with a copy of resignation letter of the petitioner dated 11.04.2025 and therefore, there is nothing left to contend non-compliance of the order dated 17.02.2025 in W.P.No.1624 of 2025.
3. Sri A.Aravind Reddy, learned counsel, representing the learned counsel for the petitioner, requested to close the contempt case.
4. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no
order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
