1. The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer :-
“It is, therefore prayed that the Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash the F.I.R. dated 15/04/23 (Annexure P/5) in the interest of justice.”
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is fixed for framing of charges before the concerned trial court, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition at this stage, to which learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to take appropriate recourse to law.

Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection.
4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for.
5. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner after obtaining the photocopy of the same. Sd/-
