The Criminal Petitions have been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNSS’) by the petitioners/ Accused Nos.2 and 4 for granting of pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No.462 of 2025 of Tirupathi Rural Police Station, Tirupathi, registered for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 316 (5), 318(4), 336(2), 338, 340(2), 61(2) r/w 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNS’). 3 % Dr. YLR, J Crl.P.Nos.11113 & 11127 of2025 Dated 05.11.2025 3. Perused the FIR lodged by the defacto complainant by name Mude Ravindra Naik on 24.08.2025. In respect of the petitioners/A-2 and A-4, they are omnibus allegations‘leveled against them. There is no specific over acts attributed against Accused No.4. She is aged about 29 years, she is the wife of A-1. Against A-2 it was alleged that remaining 70 lakhs were handed over to A-1 in the presence of A-2 and A-6. Except this, no specific overacts were attributed against A-2. Accused No.1, 5 and 6 were arrested and they were taken to police custody for 5 days. Later they were enlarged on bail by the trial Court. Accused No.2 is the permanent resident of 2-26A, Atapaka Village, Kaikaluru Mandal,Krishna District and A-4 is the permanent resident of 5/11, B.R.Kandriga Village, Puthalapattu Mandal, Chittoor District. They have got fixed abode. If they are enlarged on bail with some stringent conditions they may not evade from the clutches of law. They would abide by the conditions and they would cooperate with the Investigating Officer and it would not cause prejudice to the investigation. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the gravity and nature of allegations leveled against the petitioners/ A-2 and A-4 this Court is inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners. \ / 4 J Dr. YLR, J Crl.P.Nos.11113 & 11127 of2025 Dated 05.11.2025 In the result, the Criminal Petitions are allowed with the following 5. conditions: i. In the event of their arrest, the petitioners/A-2 and A-4 shall be enlarged on bail subject to their executing a bond for a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) each, with two sureties each for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials; ii. The petitioners/A-2 and A-4 shall make themselves available for investigation as and when required; iii. The petitioners/A-2 and A-4 shall not cause anythreat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses to dissuade them giving any statements to the police; iv. The petitioners/A-2 and A-4 shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a month i.e.. on any Saturday between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., till filing of the charge sheet.
