No.12419 of 2025 -------------------------------------------- Dated this the 4th day of April, 2025 JUDGMENT The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the application for setting up the magazine for the storage of explosives as evidenced by Ext.P1 without taking into consideration the pendency of Crime No.266/2023 of Vengara Police Station. The petitioner submits that as regards the above said crime, he has already preferred Crl.M.C.No.4375/2024 and this Court has stayed the entire proceedings. The copies of the orders granted by this Court have been produced as Exts.P3 & P4 in the writ petition. In the above circumstances, since orders have not yet been issued by the 1st respondent, there will be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner as evidenced by Ext.P1 and pass necessary orders, after hearing the petitioner, at the earliest, at any rate within one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. The 1st 2025:KER:29009 WP(C) NO. 12419 OF 2025 3 respondent shall take note of the fact that the proceedings in Crime No.266/2023 of Vengara Police Station have already been stayed by this Court by Exts.P3 & P4 orders.
