Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents would submit that in compliance of the interim orders passed by this Court vide Order dated 16.08.2022, the respondent police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents regarding the subject property. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
