The petitioners have prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding respondent no. 2, i.e. Chief Executive Officer, Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar to provide developed plot to the petitioners in lieu of their acquired land and to decide their applications dated 4.9.2018 and 24.7.2024. 2. Ms. Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel for the respondent-Development Authority, has placed on record the instructions received from Rajesh Kumar Nim, Senior Manager, Work Circle-3, Greater Noida dated 14.5.2025, which is as follows: - "उपररोक्त कके कम मम अवगत कररानरा हहै कक उक्त प्रकरण गराम खहैरपपुर गपुररर कके 6 प्रकतशत आबरादद भभूखण्ड गराम खहैरपपुर गपुररर कके खसररा ससंख्यरा 209 मम कनयरोजरत हहै। सम्बननन्धित खसरके कके कक षककों करा आबरादद व्यवस्थरापन करा प्रकरण SIT ररासंच मम हरोनके कके करारण कवकरास करायर नहहीं हरो परायरा हहै। वतरमरान मम उक्त प्रकरण ककी सपुनवराई आर कदनरासंक 14.05.2025 करो प्रराजन्धिकरण कके सभरागरार मम सम्पन्न हहई। आगरामद तदन मराह मम उक्त मभूखण्डकों कके सम्मपुख कवकरास करायर कररानके कके उपररानत प्रश्नगत मभूखण्डकों करा भभौकतक कब्ररा कदयरा ररानरा प्रस्तराकवत हहै।" 3. Learned counsel for the Development Authority submits that plot is proposed over Khasra No. 209 and it would be handed over to the petitioners positively within three months. 4. Having regard to the stand taken by the respondent-Development Authority, we dispose of the instant petition by providing that the petitioners shall be provided developed plot as per the stand taken by the respondent-Development Authority within three months from today.
