The present anticipatory bail application has been moved on behalf of the applicants namely, Smt. Meena, Anshu and Deepak Mishra for enlarging them on anticipatory bail in Case No. 3341 of 2019 (State Vs. Deepak Mishra and others) arising out Case Crime No.0479 of 2019 under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kotwali Auraiya, District Auraiya, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. The instant anticipatory bail application is connected with Criminal Misc. Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. No.43070 of 2019 (Smt. Meena and others Vs. State of U.P. and another). 4. The applicants on one hand, has sought for anticipatory bail after submission of the charge sheet, whereas on the other hand, the applicants have challenged the charge sheet as well as cognizance order dated 14.10.2019 by means of filing Criminal Misc. Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. No.43070 of 2019 (Smt. Meena and others Vs. State of U.P. and another). in which interim protection was granted vide order 05.12.2019 while referring the matter before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, however mediation between the parties have failed but that 482 Cr.P.C. application is still pending before this Court. 5. In view of above, no case is made out for grant of anticipatory bail. 6.Accordingly, the anticipatory bail lacks merit and is dismissed. 7. The connected Criminal Misc. Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. No.43070 of 2019 (Smt. Meena and others Vs. State of U.P. and another) is disconnected and be placed before appropriate Court.
