Instant civil writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of Indian filed by the petitioner, beseeching cancellation of license No. 49/2018 issued in the name of Annapurna Mahila Sahakari Samiti, Gullana, fundamentally on the ground that certain incorrect documents were placed on record before the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies for issuance of license. 2. In the instant writ petition, petitioner neither impleaded Annapurna Mahila Sahakari Samiti, Gullana as party nor counsel for the petitioner is able to explain the grounds, for invoking the writ jurisdiction of this High Court, however counsel for the [2025:RJ-JP:13137] (2 of 2) [CW-2332/2023] petitioner, after arguing the writ petition, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition in order to avail alternative remedy in respect of his grievance, if available in law. 3.
