By the present application, the petitioners are praying for correcting typographical mistake in the names of petitioner Nos.7, 23 and 26 in the cause title of main writ petition as S.Khomdon Singh, L.Jiten Sharma and W.Ashokkumar Singh instead of S.Khomdom Singh, L.Jiten Singh and A.Ashok Singh. Learned senior counsel submits that by making necessary correction there will be no change in the substantive prayer in the writ petition and mistake has occurred inadvertently. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that this Court may pass appropriate order with respect to the prayer. Accordingly, the misc application is allowed. Petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the names of the petitioner Nos.7, 23 and 26 in the memo of parties. Misc is disposed of. As requested by the parties, list on 26.3.2025.
