GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not registering a Crime and investigating thereto pursuant to complaint dt.01.04.2024 and 04.04.2024 of the Petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction besides violation of Art.14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to register a Crime and Investigate there pursuant to Representation dt.01.04.24 and 04.04.24 of the Petitioner forthwith.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint given by the Petitioner, a case in Crime No.220 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 447, 427, 323 and 506 read with 34 IPC and Section 3(1)(r)(s) of SCs and STs (PoA) Act has been registered. 3. Sri Kurra Srinivasulu, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4.
