No. 8 measuring 4 acres of Sulikere Village, Kengeri Hobli, Bengaluru South Taluk. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent No.5 and the learned counsel for respondents 1 to 4. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that a representation was submitted to the second respondent on 02.02.2021, no orders have been passed thereon compelling the petitioners to approach this Court. 4.
