V R REDDY KOVVURI 2 The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents 2 to 4 herein in considering the representation dated 03-02- 2020 submitted by the petitioner for taking action against the Respondents 5 to 7 herein who are threatening the Petitioner to grab her property situated at Sy.No.571 and 572-1, D.No.4 / Valasapalle Rasta, Yerraguntla village, YSR Kadapa District under the garb of rank forgery as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable, opposed to the Code of Criminal Procedure and violative of Articles 14 and 300-A of Constitution of India and contrary to the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the representation dated 03-02-2020 and to take necessary action.” 2.
