GP FOR HOME 2 The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondent Nos.2 to 5 in not registering an FIR against Respondent Nos.6 to 9 pursuant to complaint of the petitioner dated 05.05.2025 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, consequentially direct the respondents herein to register an FIR against Respondent Nos.6 to 9 pursuant to complaint of the petitioner dated 05.05.2025.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, on receipt of the complaint from the Petitioner, the Police enquired into the matter and having found that the matter is of civil nature, the Police have not registered the case. 3. Sri V.Vinod K.Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
