Learned counsel for the respondents in one voice submitted that the orders dated 14.09.2023 have been complied with however with certain delay and the same is neither willful nor wanton due to administrative reasons and prayed to close the contempt. 3. Sri Ravula Nagarjuna, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that orders of this Court disobedience of which is complained of in the contempt have been complied with and the contempt may be closed. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
