1. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners may be granted liberty to file an appeal against the
order passed by the Tahsildar before the Sub-Divisional Officer (R).
2. Learned State counsel submits that she is having no objection on the prayer made by learned counsel for petitioners.
3. On due consideration on the submission made by learned counsel for the parties, this petition is disposed of permitting petitioners to file appeal in accordance with law. If any appeal is filed by petitioners, the appellate authority shall consider and take decision on the interim application to be submitted along with appeal keeping in mind the last date of procurement of paddy fixed by the State Government under the paddy procurement policy.
4. Registry is directed to returned back all the certified copies of the documents annexed along with writ petition to learned counsel for petitioners after retaining photocopy of the same.
