Mattegunta.Sudhir,Standing Counsel For Z.P.Ps,M.P.Ps,Gram Panchayats The Court made the following: ORDER This writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the respondents in payment of the final bill amount of Rs.4,98,884/- in respect of the contract work vide agreement No.19.06.2023. 2. Ms. Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, on written instructions dated 27.10.2025 submitted that the authorities have admitted to pay the amount claimed by the petitioner and prayed to grant twelve (12) weeks time for payment of the amount. 3. Sri Nuvvula Ram Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner, reported no objection for granting time as sought for by the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the concerned authority to pay the amount claimed by the petitioner of Rs.4,98,884/- within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedy regarding interest by approaching competent civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
