GP FOR HOME 3 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 12102/2024 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering with civil dispute though the civil court dismissed the suit filed by the 4th respondent as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 15,21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and to consequently direct the Respondent No.3 not to interfere with the civil dispute in respect of the petitioners possession over the land admeasuring Ac. 1.421/2 cents in Sy. No. 367/2, Allipudi Gramapanchayat, Kotananduru Mandal, Kakinada District .…” 2. Heard Sri V.V.Satish, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the official respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present petition was filed challenging the action of the respondent police in interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the respondent-police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the respondent-police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law.
