Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue Writ or Order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the actions of the respondents in not prohibiting the contract labour system under section 10 of the contract labour (regulation and abolition) act, 1970, in issuing the proceedings vide B/EnHM/BZA/Budget-EC dated 11-6-2022 through which it is intimated that 25percent of the cost of CMCC contract of Bezawada railway station has been reduced and in issuing the impugned orders dated 15-6-2022 which is posted to the Petitioners on 5-7-2022 through which petitioners are informed that petitioners would be terminated from 1-8-2022 from the post of sweepers as illegal arbitrary and violation of article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to prohibit the contract labour system under section 10 of the contract labour (regulation and abolition) act, 1970 in Bezwada railway station, by set aside they proceedings vide B/EnHM/BZA/Budget-EC dated 11- 6-2022 through which it is intimated that 25percent of the cost of CMCC contract of Bezawada railway station has been reduced and also set aside the impugned orders dated 15-6-2022 by directing the Respondents to continue the petitioners as sweepers and other posts in housekeeping department of Bezawada Railway Station and pass orders. 3

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to directing the Respondents to continue the petitioners as sweepers and other posts in housekeeping department of Bezawada Railway Station by suspending the proceedings B/EnHM/BZA/Budget-EC dated 11-6-2022 and termination notices 15.06.2022 pass orders.

ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
2. Permission is accorded.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
