ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue an appropriate order or direction more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking any action on petitioner's complaint dated 17.01.2020 as illegal, arbitrary, malafide, high handed, against to the principles of natural justice, contrary to the law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 and consequentially direct the 2nd respondent to register F.I.R on petitioner's complaint dated 17.01.2020 and take appropriate action in accordance with law in the interest of justice and pass..…”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the Respondent Police have not registered any crime basing on the complaint of the Petitioner, since the subject matter is civil in nature.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
4. Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before the appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
