Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has obtained necessary permission from the jurisdictional court to go abroad. 3. Learned Central Government Counsel, on instructions, would submit that since the petitioner is involved in a criminal case, only a customized Police Clearance Certificate can be issued to the petitioner and that too, if this Court were to so direct. 4. Heard the learned Government Pleader also. 5. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Central Government Counsel and the learned Government Pleader and having regard to similar directions issued by this Court, the writ petition will also stand disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to issue a customized Police Clearance Certificate to the petitioner, subject to compliance with usual formalities and showing the details of the criminal 2025:KER:25783 WP(C) NO. 12387 OF 2025 3 cases registered against the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
