The petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 as well as respondent no. 4 are present in person. It has been informed by the petitioner no. 3 that she is facing certain obstructions in exercise of the visitation right to meet her sons, petitioner no. 1 and petitioner no. 2. Accordingly, Commissioner of Police, Commissionerate Gorakhpur is directed to ensure that the petitioner no. 3 exercises the visitation right without any hindrance at the venue other than the police station on every second and fourth Sunday between 10:00 to 05:00 pm. At the time of visitation right time only petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 shall be available. With the aforesaid direction, the petition stands disposed of. The petitioner may however, seek appropriate remedy for custody of the corpus under the Guardian and Wards Act.
