The instant appeal has been filed by the revisionist with a prayer to set aside the judgement and order dated 5.9.2023 passed by Principal Judge, Family court, Jaunpur in case no. 404 of 2022 (CNR No. UPJP020006312022) (Anjali Patel and another Vs. Dharmendra Patel), under section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station -Rampur, District Jaunpur. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the revisionist submitted that revisionist is the husband of opposite party no. 2 and is father of opposite party no. 3 and instant revision has been filed by him against the order dated 5.9.2023 passed under section 125 Cr.P.C. but during pendency of the instant revision matter was referred to the mediation centre and during mediation proceeding, both the parties settled their dispute and an agreement was executed between them on 13.6.2025 and therefore, no dispute is left between both of them and therefore, he does not want to press the instant revision and instant revision may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the revisionist to file application under section 127 Cr.P.C. before the magistrate concerned to cancel the impugned order passed against him. 4. Learned AGA as well as learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 & 3 also conceded the fact that before mediation proceeding, dispute has been amicably settled by revisionist and opposite party no. 2 who were husband and wife and therefore, they are not having any objection if instant revision is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the revisionist to move an application under section 127 Cr.P.C. for cancellation of the impugned order dated 5.9.2023. 5. In view of the above, the instant revision stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
