By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a direction to the competent authority namely the respondent no. 4 to look into and consider the request of the petitioner made in her representation dated 02.04.2025 with regard to which recommendation has come to be made on 24.04.2025 to transfer the petitioner from the office of Joint Director of Agriculture, Bareilly Region, Bareilly to the office of Sub Divisional Agriculture Extension Officer Syana, Block Syana, District Bulandshahar. Learned Standing Counsel submits that matter can be examined and disposed of by the competent authority namely the respondent no. 2. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction that respondent no. 2 shall consider the grievance of the petitioner raised in her representation dated 02.04.2025 and decide the same and dispose of the same considering the recommendation made in this behalf by the competent authority on 24.04.2025. The appropriate decision shall be taken within a maximum period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Needless to add the order to be passed by the competent authority, as directed herein above, shall be reasoned and speaking one.
