The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a)(d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. 5 liters of illicit country-made liquor and 1800 kg Mahua flower have been recovered from the seized vehicle, of which, this petitioner was the driver. 4. Considering the fact that petitioner was driver of the vehicle, from which, aforesaid recovery has been effected, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
