The learned counsel for respondent No.2 – NMC, on instructions, submitted that if the petitioner approaches the respondent No.2, it may reconsider the request of the petitioner to grant TDR. The petitioner is satisfied with this. 3. The respondent No.2 – NMC may reconsider the proposal in accordance with the provisions of law within eight weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 4.
