The present Writ Petition is filed to stay the Termination Order vide RC.No.HR/47/DWMA/EG/2025, dated 02.08.2025 passed by the Respondent No.3 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the Respondent No.2 to dispose of the Appeal as expeditiously as possible. 2. The Petitioner was appointed as Field Assistant. On account of certain misconduct, the Petitioner was terminated from service vide impugned Order dated 02.08.2025 and questioning the same, the Petitioner filed appeal before the Respondent No.2. As the Appeal is not being disposed of, the present Writ Petition is filed. 3. Sri S. Raju, learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the Appeal of the Petitioner would be decided by the Respondent Authorities as expedituously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from today. 4. In the light of the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No.2 to dispose of the 3 Appeal dated 01.09.2025 of the Petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. There shall be no order as to costs.
