ORAL ORDER
The petitioner and the respondent with their respective counsels are present.
2. Joint memo is filed and it is singed by the petitioner, respondent and their counsels.
3. As per the joint memo, the matter is settled for Rs.5,50,000/- (Rs.2,96,500/- in deposit + Rs.2,53,500/- to be paid by the petitioner in monthly installments of Rs.50,000/- per month and last month installment is Rs.53,500/-).
4. The petitioner has agreed for the respondent withdrawing the amount of Rs.2,96,500/- deposited by him before the trial Court.
5. The respondent has agreed to receive balance amount of Rs.2,53,500/- in monthly installments of

Rs.50,000/- to be paid on 28th of every month commencing from 28.07.2025 and the last installment is Rs.53,500/-.
6. Both the parties have agreed that, if the amount is not paid as agreed, the respondent/complainant is at liberty to take legal action as per law.
7. In view of the above settlement, the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act is compounded. In view of the compounding, this Criminal Revision Petition is
disposed of as offence is compounded.
8. The respondent is permitted to withdraw Rs.2,96,000/- deposited by the petitioner before the trial Court. The respondent shall furnish his bank account details, so as to enable the trial Court to transfer the amount deposited by the petitioner directly to bank account of the respondent.

9. If the petitioner fails to pay the installment as agreed, the judgment of the trial Court will revive and the respondent is at liberty to enforce the said judgment of the trial Court.
10. In view of the above order, I.A.No.6/2025 does not survive for consideration.
