Perusing the record it appears that representation / complaint at Annexure-A to the petition is dated 14.08.2023 and therefore, the respondent authority is directed to look into the same and if police has already filed Summary or Final report then the petitioner shall have the liberty to avail alternative statutory remedy if so advised.
