ORAL ORDER
1. Sri M. N. Kumar., accepts notice for respondent no. 7, 8, 9 and 10.
2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs" i. Issue writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation/application dated 09.06.2025 under Annexure-G to renew the licence of pistol of the Petitioner; ii. Grant such other relief's as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant in the circumstances of the case, ends of justice and equity with costs.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the application which had been submitted by the petitioner for renewal of the arms license has not been considered.

4. Learned AGA submits that the same has not been considered on account of a rowdy sheet having been opened against the petitioner.
5. A perusal of the show cause notice at Annexure-H indicates that the rowdy sheet has also been closed and there are no criminal proceedings which are pending. If that be so, it was required for the respondents to have considered the application of the petitioner for renewal of licence favourably.
6. In that view of the matter, I pass the following;
ORDER i. The writ petition is allowed; ii. A mandamus is issued directing the respondents to consider the representation/application dated 09.06.2025 vide Annexure-G within a period of two weeks from the date of certified copy of this order.
