Union of India and 4 others) he submits, same direction be made in this writ petition. 2. Mr. Raj Mohan Upadhyay, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. 3. We see that Central Authorities were represented before co- ordinate Bench, when said order dated 15th March, 2024 (supra) was passed.
