3. The limited grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that the Pen drives seized and submitted in the Court, which is part and parcel of the property register (PR No.88/2024) has not been furnished to the petitioner and the same was directed to be furnished to the petitioner after the same was marked in evidence. In this context, it is submitted that the petitioner would require the said Pen Drives for the purpose of assessment of material and as such, even before the said Pen Drives are marked in evidence, the same are required for putting forth effective defence in the case. 4. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances and the undisputed fact that copies of Pen Drives sought for by the petitioner has already been submitted to the Court and mentioned in PR No.88/2024, without expressing any opinion on the merits / demerits of the rival contentions, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition by directing the Trial Court to provide copies of all the Pen Drives contained in PR No.88/2024 to the petitioner, immediately, without any delay.
It is further directed that the Trial Court shall open the Pen Drives and sealed affixed thereto in the
