The petitioner has filed the present writ petition aggrieved by the action on part of the respondents in not disposing the representation of the petitioner dated 05.09.2022. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents 2 to 4 are not taking any action against the unauthorized construction by the 5th respondent. 3. The 2nd respondent has filed a counter duly stating that the temple of the 5th respondent was in existence for the last 70 to 80 years and that certain renovation works for upkeep and maintenance of the temple were undertaken. 4. The 4th respondent filed counter duly stating that the renovation works of the temple cannot be considered as unauthorized construction. The 4th respondent further stated that in the counter that no new construction was noticed during the inspection by the officials of the 4th respondent. It is also stated that the renovation work is completed. 5. Recording the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and accordingly the writ petition is closed. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
