The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Daltonganj Mahila P.S. Case No. 45/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 64(2)(d), 74, 126(2), 127(2), 3(5) & 6 of the B.N.S. and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Palamau. 3. The petitioner is Secretary of Vikash International Balika Grih, Daltonganj. It is alleged that the counselor of the Vikash International Balika Grih used to send two of the residents to the house of the petitioner. The petitioner had raped both of them. 4. Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an old man aged about 72 years. 5.
