This additional amount, when added to the already paid 8.33 lakh per acre, would partially meet the true market value and serve the ends of justice. The Respondents should be mandated to make this payment along with all statutory additions such as solarium and interest as applicable under the law. GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or an appropriate writ or order directing the Respondents to re-determine and pay fair compensation for the Petitioners lands acquired from Kattubadipalem village under the Land Acquisition Act 2013, by awarding 7% as an additional compensation of Rs.40,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Lakh) per acre to the Petitioners. (for the period of delay in payment), and Pass….” 2. Heard M/s. V.Ravindhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents. 3. Considering the submissions of both sides, this Court passed the following interim order on 26.9.2025. “Notice before admission. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State is directed to secure instructions. List the matter after four weeks. In the meanwhile, the 2nd respondent-District Collector is hereby directed to examine the representation dated 04.8.2025 submitted by the petitioner meticulously and pass appropriate orders thereon and communicate such decision to the petitioner herein, within a period of three weeks.” 4 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that, in compliance to the above said interim order, the respondents have considered the representation of the petitioner and passed an endorsement on 13.11.2025 and the same is placed on record along with tracking report. According to the said instructions and tracking report, the said order was already communicated to the petitioner. In view of the same nothing survives in the Writ Petition. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner, that, if she has any grievance about the said endorsement, she may assail the same before the appropriate forum. No costs.
