Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 3. The allegation against the Petitioner/ sole Accused is that he abated the mother of the defacto complainant to commit suicide. The Petitioner is living in illicit relationship with defacto complainant and blessed with a child. The Petitioner is working as Jail Warden in Central Prison, Nellore. As seen from the F.I.R, the Petitioner asked the mother of the defacto complainant, “if you die unfortune leaves, go and die now” those words were uttered by the Petitioner at about 9.00 p.m. The mother of the defacto complainant took the extreme steps to end her life by hanging herself to the ceiling fan with a saree at 10.00 p.m. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the gravity and nature of the allegations levelled the Petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the Petitioner/ Accused. 5. In the result, the Criminal Petition is allowed with the following conditions: i. In the event of arrest of the Petitioner/Accused, he shall be enlarged on bail subject to his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only), with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials; ii. The Petitioner/Accused shall make himself available for investigation as and when required; iii. The Petitioner/Accused shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses; iv. The Petitioner/Accused shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned once in a week i.e., on every Saturday between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., till filing of the charge sheet. v. The Petitioner/Accused shall not leave the State of Andhra Pradesh limits without the express permission from the Station House Officer concerned. vi. The Petitioner/Accused shall surrender his passport, if any, to the investigating officer.
