Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is subjected to frequent transfer by respondents and he was earlier transferred on 27.10.2021 from Lormi to Akaltara-02 as Branch Manager. On 15.11.2022 from Akaltara-02 to Marwahi and finally vide order dated 01.12.2025 from Lormi to Tilda (Nevra). She would further submit that the petitioner has some personal difficulty, as such would pray for quashing of the impugned order. 3.
