On query he submits, grand-father of petitioner no.2 died and his mother left him in the care of petitioner no.1. Husband of petitioner no.1 died by snakebite on 8th July, 2023. Representation dated 28th August, 2024 for compensation under the scheme was made to respondent no.2 (the Compensation Commissioner). There be direction for consideration of the claim, sanction and disbursement. Mr. Fuzail Ahmad Ansari, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, petitioner be directed to make fresh representation to respondent no.3 (the District Magistrate). Petitioner will make fresh representation to respondent no.3. She will include in her representation, certified copy of this order and copy of her earlier representation dated 28th August, 2024. As such, respondent no.3 in dealing with the claim will do so on verification of it without adverting to delay occurred in making the fresh representation.
