The Court: Affidavit of service is taken on record. This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. It is submitted that the mandate expired on 18th April, 2025. The arguments have been closed, but before the award could be published, the mandate expired. It is submitted that the mandate is required to be extended to enable the learned arbitrator to make and publish his award. Accordingly, for the ends of justice, the mandate is extended for a further period of six months from the date of communication of this order to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award within the extended period. AP-COM 320 of 2025 is, accordingly, disposed of.
