Heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent. Perused the investigation papers and I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. 3. Considering the applicant is behind bar approximately for seven years, the offence admittedly alleged is serious in nature. The trial is already commenced. The Special Judge (MCOC) and Additional Sessions Judge, Yavatmal shall conclude the trial within six months.
