The petitioners, through the medium of present petition, have challenged FIR No. 113/2013 for offences under Sections 451, 147, 436, 120(B) of the Ranbir Penal Code registered with the Police Station, Gangyal. 2. Status report on behalf of the SHO Police Station, Gangyal stands filed. 3. In the status report, it has been submitted that FIR No. 113/2013 under Sections 148, 147, 149, 436, 427, 120-B of the Ranbir Penal Code of the Police Station, Gangyal after investigation has been closed as ‘Not Admitted’ and in this regard closure report stands filed before the court of Special Mobile Magistrate (Sub- Judge), Jammu on 30.11.2019. 4. In view of the fact that the investigation in respect of the impugned FIR has been completed and the case against the petitioner has been closed, therefore, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.
