Mr. Amandeep Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive relief:- “i. That the respondents may be ordered to induct the petitioners as Pump Attendants, on completion of 12 years service, with all the benefits incidental thereof.” 3. Learned vice counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners intend to move 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 representation to the respondents seeking the relief prayed for in this writ petition, as the issue raised has already been adjudicated upon in Jagdish Kumar & Ors. vs. State of H.P. & Ors2. Learned vice counsel further submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case direction is issued to the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners for redressal of their grievances raised in the writ petition in light of the aforesaid judgment within a fixed time schedule. Learned Additional Advocate General states that the respondents are not averse to consider the case of the petitioners in light of the aforesaid judgment, however, all rights and contentions of the parties be left open for decision. 4. In view of above, learned vice counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners would be preferring representation(s) within two weeks from today. In case, such representation(s) is so preferred, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a further period of six weeks. The order so passed shall also be communicated to the petitioners. 2 CWP No.3047 of 2020, decided on 23.06.2021 3 The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
