This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 3rd respondent in calling the petitioner to the Police Station and directing him to settle the issue with the 4th respondent in-respect of the land in Sy.No.673/3 and 673/4 admeasuring 0-5.75 cents (Plot bearing No,84, Ward No.36 of Reddy Colony) situated in

Chinnachowk Village, Kadapa Mandal, YSR Kadapa District only at the behest of 4th respondent civil litigation is pending between the parties., as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner to settle the aforesaid issues with the 4th respondent or with any other persons except in accordance with law.”
2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that Police never called the Petitioner to the Police Station and never interfered with the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.4. 3. Sri G.Venkata Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed not to call the Petitioner to the Police Station, and not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.4. There shall be no order as to costs.
