SREENIVASA REDDY Writ Petition No.2940 of 2025 Order: This Writ Petition has been filed to direct respondent No.3 - Revenue Divisional Officer, Anakapalle, Anakapalle district, to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner herein vide RC No.229/2020/D. The main grievance of the writ petitioner is that his grandfather namely Noothigattu Satyanarayuana owned the subject lands and consequent upon the death of his grandfather, his father and his brothers succeeded the estate of the deceased Satyanarayana. 2. I I \ However, after the death of his grandfather, respondent No.4 - Tahsildar mutated the names of respondent Nos.5 and 6 in the revenue records in respect of the subject lands without following the procedure as prescribed under law. Hence, he filed an appeal vide RC No.229/2020/D before respondent No.3 in the year 2020, but so far no orders thereon have been passed. Hence, he filed the present Writ Petition to direct respondent No.3 to dispose of the said appeal. 3. Heard. Perused the record. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to respondent No.3/Revenue Divisional Officer, Anakapalle, Anakapalle district, to 4. 2 dispose of the appeal filed by the Writ N0.229/2020/D, dated 18.02.2020, i Petitioner in RC in accordance with law, a period of three (3) as expeditiously as possible, preferably within months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be 5. no order as to costs.
