For Chandana Bhandari nee Das. The Court :- Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record. This is an application for revocation of the grant of probate. The probate was granted on 2nd May, 2025 as a non-contentious cause. It is the case of the applicant that the applicant being the married daughter has been cited at the parental address although after marriage the applicant is residing at her matrimonial abode to the knowledge of the executor and other family members. The applicant, therefore, was not effectively served 2 with the citation and as such could not object to the grant or seek the Will to be proved in her presence. After hearing the parties, it appears that the matter can be more effectively adjudicated after filing of affidavit(s). Affidavit-in-opposition be filed by 8th September, 2025.
