ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“.... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents, particularly 3rd respondents in repeatedly insisting me to appear before their authority and threatening to arrest me, if I do not yield to the terms of Respondents 4 and 5, under the guise of implication of me in false case, as illegal, irregular, irrational a violative of Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in any manner with my personal life, liberty and properties and to pass such other order or orders as Hon'ble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case. ...”
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent State on instructions would submit that there are civil disputes pending between the Petitioner and respondent Nos.4 and 5. In the light of the interim order passed by this Court on 01.09.2021 in IA No.1 of 2021, Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of.
In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
