Sri Balakrishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, by placing on record the written instructions dated 29.11.2025 of the Tahsildar, Nagayalanka, Krishna District, submitted that there is no proposal for construction of graveyard in the subject land as alleged by the petitioner. 3. Sri B.S.N.Naidu, learned counsel for the petitioner, prayed to close the writ petition recording the contents of the written instructions. 4. In view of the above, as there is no proposal for construction of graveyard in the subject land as alleged by the petitioner as per the written instructions, this writ petition can be closed. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
