By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities to hold that the petitioner is entitled for benefit of seniority, increment of two years etc. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this present petition may be disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to pursue his pending representation dated 03.01.2025 before the respondent authorities and the said authority may be directed to consider and decide the same within a stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/State submits that if the representation filed by the petitioner is still pending before the concerned authority, the same shall be decided in accordance with law, within a stipulated period. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 5. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to pursue his pending representation dated 03.01.2025 before the respondent authorities and in such eventuality the respondent authority are directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law on its own merits by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. 3 6. The petitioner is at liberty to apprise the respondent authorities about the order of this Court. 7. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
