This Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘the Cr.P.C.’) against the Order dated 08.11.2016 passed in M.P.No.181 of 2015 in O.P.No.434 of 2015 on the file of learned Judge, Family Court-cum-V Additional District and Sessions Judge at Visakhapatnam (for short, ‘the trial Court’). 2. Heard and perused the record. 3 3. As seen from the record, this Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order dated 08.11.2016 passed in M.P.No.181 of 2015 in O.P.No.434 of 2015. The M.P.No.181 of 2015 has been filed by the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 herein seeking to grant interim maintenance of Rs.15,000/- per month. By impugned order dated 08.11.2016, the trial Court partly allowed the petition. Against the said order, the petitioner herein preferred the revision. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the main O.P.No.434 of 2015 was dismissed on 28.08.2019. In support of this, a copy from the e-Courts website has been filed, which reflects that the said O.P.No.434 of 2015 was dismissed on 28.08.2019. 5. Recording the said submission of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and in view of the disposal of the O.P.No.434 of 2015 on 28.08.2019, this Court finds the cause does not survive for adjudication and the matter would become infructuous. 6. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
